For me, improvement is not what you should concern now, but finalizing the server, after-which you could start the innovation by adding a vote rewards to help the server be known and encourage the players to vote

Question 1 : Do you have any idea how to
prevent scams?
ans>? Yes, one way to prevent this is by having GM's and credible people on the stand to aid the people when they need to trade, by doing this we can surely prevent scams

Question 2 : As Game Masters, do you think you are
better than everyone else?
ans>? Of course not, there are people who have wide minds that can help me and the server improve and especially, God is the almighty creator and I believe I am just his apprentice

Question 3: How can you gain respect from
the players/co-staff?
ans>? Respect begins with respect, showing authority is one of the ways I can gain it from players but in the nice way.

4 : Is it enough for a Game Master to host events and answer questions
ingame and at the forum?
ans>? Nope, he should be online in game to support, help and maintain the server.

Question 5: If your friends are making fun of you while
you are hosting an event, what will you do?
ans>? I'll keep my temper high, but there is limitation to everything, anything that meets that has their own corresponding consequences.

6 : How can you promote fair play?
ans>? Fair play means stopping speed hacking and also GM's should have their barrier to friendship and relatives if ever

Why do you think we should hire you as Game Master?
ans>? You should hire me because I have played the game for about 5 years, with those 5 years, I have experienced what players need with game masters and what they don't. I also have the understanding on how to handle people with different attitudes. With the above mentioned facts, I can really help the server in terms of maintaining, helping and serving the players of the community
